These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the purchase of products made remotely via the telematic network on the website www.svenn.it, belonging to Svenn di Svanera Marco based in Rovato (BS) in Largo Cattaneo, 10 - VAT no. : 03444820983
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 206/05 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196 / 03 (Privacy).
The General Conditions of Sale may be updated and / or modified at any time, without prejudice to the customer's right of withdrawal, as they are effective from the moment of their publication on the site. The applicable General Conditions of Sale will be those in force at the time of purchase.
Svenn reserves the right to refuse, at its sole discretion, the registration / registration of a user on the website www.svenn.it; moreover, it reserves the right not to accept orders that are in any way anomalous (for example in terms of quantity, frequency, methods, etc.).
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
To proceed with the conclusion of a sales contract on the site www.svenn.it it is preferable to register on the site, entering your data or Registration Credentials (name and surname, e-mail address, password). Registration is free and confirmed by e-mail to the address entered.
Remember to keep your Registration Credentials adequately confidential and protected, not to transfer them to third parties, not to make improper use of them; and that all the operations carried out through these Credentials are deemed to have been carried out by the customer associated with them.
The contract for the sale of products on the website www.svenn.it is considered concluded when the purchase order - in electronic format - is transmitted electronically by the customer to Svenn. The customer who purchases on the site www.svenn.it is required to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale. By electronically sending their purchase order, the customer declares to have read the General Conditions of Sale and to have accepted them, undertaking to observe and respect them in their relations with Svenn.
The sales contract is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
PAYMENTS
Within 1 business day of receipt / verification of payment, the purchase order will be activated and sent for shipment.
In the event that the payment is not successful, the purchase order will be canceled; Payments made by credit card can count on the security of the PayPal system. For each transaction performed through this system, the customer will receive a confirmation / summary / communication email directly from PayPal. Payments made by bank transfer will be sent once the credit has been made. Payments made on delivery will have a supplement of € 6 and must be paid in cash to the courier.
PRICE
All prices of the products on the website www.svenn.it are expressed in Euros (€) and include taxes and duties.
They may be updated and / or modified at any time and subject to special promotion campaigns and / or offers.
The amount of shipping costs is indicated in the summary of the purchase order.
SHIPMENT
The customer is required to verify and check the address indicated for delivery, in order to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings and delays. Orders placed and paid before 14:30 will be shipped the same day, for other orders the shipment will take place within 1 working day from receipt / verification of payment. Svenn will confirm the shipment by e-mail to the customer.
The normal delivery times are 24/48 hours for Italy (weekends and holidays excluded). The goods travel at the risk of the customer, in any case Svenn does not assume responsibility for delays and / or loss.
At the time of delivery, the customer is invited to check the integrity of the packaging and, in the presence of any signs of break-in and / or anomaly with respect to the integrity of the content, to "accept them with reserve", specifying it when signing the document delivery and then reporting it by e-mail to ordini@svenn.it
COMPLAINTS
Any communication of complaint or clarification will be sent by e-mail to ordini@svenn.it
Svenn will respond to such communications within a maximum of 2 working days.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Svenn will be able to cancel a purchase order in case of unsuccessful payment, informing the customer via e-mail.
The customer can cancel a purchase order in the event of an order not yet activated and / or shipped, by contacting Svenn by e-mail at ordini@svenn.it; this cancellation will provide for the reimbursement to the customer of the entire amount of the order, including any shipping costs.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
To be returned or replaced, a product must be kept with care; it cannot have been used, worn except for testing, altered or modified in any way, nor subjected to cleaning or washing. The customer will have 14 days, from the date of receipt of the package, to request a return or refund.
Once the product has been received and after verifying its integrity and good condition, Svenn will, within a maximum of 10 working days, send a communication certifying acceptance of the return or replacement.
In case of replacement, subject to availability, the replacement product will be sent free of charge.
REMEMBER THAT ONLY THE "FIRST CHANGE" IS FREE.
In the event of a return, the refund will be made through a shopping voucher of the same value as the returned product, which can be spent within 60 days of delivery, directly to the Store in Largo Cattaneo, 10 - 25038 Rovato (BS) or online via the coupon sent.
In case of return, the return costs will be charged to the customer.
WE REMEMBER THAT ON ALL THE PRODUCTS ON OFFER THE EXCHANGE IS CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER AT A COST OF 10 €, WHILE FOR THE PRODUCTS ON OFFER THE RETURN IS NOT POSSIBLE.
If all the methods and conditions indicated are not correctly respected, the customer will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THE SERVICE
All content on the website www.svenn.it (texts, images, sounds, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright law and reproduction is prohibited. The sole proprietorship Svenn di Svanera Marco, as the owner of the site, has the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit the total or partial reproduction of its contents.
